Ok not to sound disappointed or anything, but doesn't this patch coincide with the time the hero challenge was supposed to start? Couldn't you maybe have announced the challenge to start an hour later or done the patch an hour earlier?

Oh, good. Garth is out of the office. Last time you said it would be a fifteen minute break, it turned into hours after Garth got confused and hosed down the servers outside to "clean" them. Him being out means it should just be fifteen minutes.
