In the mechlab I can't see to un-equp it so I can put the normal armor in to then buy endo-steel.

What is my problem?

when you go to load-out it's the armor symbol with the plus. drag standard armor into the "hardpoint slots" section.

open mechlab. click the figure+. open the armor. drag the standard armor over onto the ferro filled slot. you might have to pay money to replace it, cant remember.

Oh, you know what the problem was? Ferro saves tonnage and I was at max, so trying to put in the regular armor gave me the too heavy error. I just uneqipped a weapon and it worked.
