To fix streaks would be quite easy. In TTm the advantage of streaks really was ammo conservation, and all missles would hit. Each time they were fird though , you would have to retarget the enemy with a to hit roll. To convert that to game just reset the lock on after the streaks are fired and cause the player to hold it on the mech again to achieve lock on status again.
This would definately make it harder for the more mobile opponants.
ECM would be nice to just shorten the range it affects. That way the players with ECM would benefit from it but not the entire team. The range for the Counter could be left the same .

Here are a few problems I have with the SSRM, ECM Raven when I'm driving my Atlas. They don't need to get into my rear arc, if they chain fire ssrm's the explosions screw up my screen contrast to where I cannot see them, then the ECM causes me to lose my lock on them. They don't need to have any skill to win, because I literally cannot see them the majority of the time they are in front of me. Combine all this with 140kph and a tiny frame and it makes for a very frustrating match. I would be less concerned if other lights could take them down, but that doesn't seem to be the case either.

The problem is not 3L. The problem is OP ECM and OP Streaks. It just happens that the 3L is the only 35 tons light that has both.
