There's a lot of anger and rage in the forums over ECM and the Raven 3Ls.

I think a lot of this is stemming from the radio silence from PGI, and it's generating a tremendous amount of ill will.

If you don't have a good answer for us yet, you need to say you don't have a good answer. But ignoring something that a sizable amount of your player base is upset about or just staying mum only aggravates everyone.

And I'm sorry, but I don't care about what your internal metrics, information NOT BEING SHARED WITH THE COMMUNITY, tells you about ECM and 3Ls. Because all I need to do is see players stop playing the game because it's just frustrating and unfun.

There's no way you can internally measure the number of players who leave the game and why.
