[Bhael Fire]

I had a blast competing in this weekend's competition.

Didn't manage to rank in the top 25, but got into the top 100 (latest ranking at 72 in the heavy category).


Grats to those that have the skill, fortitude, and lack of personal lives to stay in the top 3. My hat is off to you.

Honestly the fact that only first, second, and third places out of the THOUSANDS are going to be the only one getting banners is a tragic shame.

Personal I would think they would have the first 25 as first place, the next 50 as second place and the 75 after that as third.

It's a grind fest and i'm all outta sausage.

I had a great time, but for a different reason. pretty sure encountered zero premades, or at most 1 or 2 during the entire weekend when normally it seems like 50% of the weekend matches are premades.

I am not interested in this tournament.
solo-Q dropping and stat-grinding is in my mind the un-fun way of playing this game.
this tournament is about both of those.
therefore, of limited interest to me.

also, im a total noob and won't be able to grind two decimal points of a stat for it. but that's beside the poing.

I basically did some math on how many points I could feasibly score between now and the end and I would only get 3rd if everyone above me stopped playing. Thus, I am done as well. Hit 7th at my peak. Had a good run.

I was supposed to be participating in the tourney, but although I was hoping to get some places in today after some pretty terrible gross weight imbalances yesterday, I've forcibly dropped out since the only computer I can use to play MWO is down...

As of 6:30 AM Sunday i bounced to 31, but that's all folks.

I wonder how many people got blood clots this weekend from sitting in one spot trying to grind this stuff out.

Talk about a sponsored health risk.
