How Do You Join A Faction Or House

I have been wanting join a house just don't know how. So please help!!!!

You can't, as of now, "officially" join a house or clan. That will come when Community Warfare launches. What you can do is go to your profile, click the "Factions" tab, and set your faction to display in-game and on forums, as what you choose.
