As far as this particular exercise was concerned, I wouldn't want to do it very often and maybe never again, but it was fun in a way. I don't know if I'd be saying the same if I didn't win. Winning is like breaking even in this case so this has to be one of the worst gambles possible.

Nicely said. I never understood the drive around this sort of thing until I got into WOW. I grinded for title once, got it, realized i'd been awake for around 80 hours with very little food, and promptly passed out on the toilet. HA! There's a story for my kids. I uninstalled WOW then, and didn't look back. Do I regret it? Well, a little, but dedication is something to aspire to, not to deride, no matter what medium it crops up in.

Your post reminds me about some of the other stories of gaming dedication, like the dude that controlled the SWG economy, or ANYTHING from Eve online.

Anyhoo, well done! For what it's worth, you have my e-respect. It's a pity they locked your thread instead of policing it. I've gotten used to sifting through vitriol to get to the good posts anyhoo.

I am a lowly inexperienced player, and you seem to be "the man" when it comes to assault mech units. May I ask you to please comment in my thread which is about making a brawler DDC. I think your opinion would be great to hear.
