these i did very very fast. about 3-5 minutes. due to no time in RL.

This is 100% incorrect information. As I and many other have stated many times, any IP addresses that are banned on the CapellanConfederation.com website were done because of malicious attacks. If you don't believe me then you can confirm it with Max. But then, he himself has already told you this.

*I* banned a large number IP ranges due to various malicious DDoS and hacking attempts that lasted over the course of a couple of days. Upon implementing the ban the attacks ceased in under 30 minutes. I did this about a month ago, and I did this without asking Metro or FireBerretta.

If someone from China needs access to the site they can contact me with their IP address and I'll look into the situation.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but it was either that or have no site available for anyone to use.

Hey. Not a Problem at all.
I'm sure you have your reasons.
And we all respect that.
And Max no inconvenience at all.

But It's ok.
You Guys have a full house anyways. from the sounds of your posts, your doing great! and we are all happy to hear that!
Cause we all are Liao anyways.
No need to worry about the S.A.R. Pilots. we have it under control.
And they have other places to go where they can keep thier IP address private and safe.,we have buillt a system to make them feel welcome and at home, that have Chinese speaking players, Chinese basic help, Chinese Support and other things.

And most of them use a S.A.R. Chat program that takes up much less bandwidth and cpu power,
GDVC S.A.R. Commanders will use Mumble/TS/Ventro... and relay information to our Non English speaking Pilots.

No disrespect I'm sure you have the best intentions as always.

I like to use the standard green that comes with the mechs with the PCGamer black colour, I feel it presents a nice black and green camo on default pattern. Here's my Cicada that I've been using...

Not having been able to find a Liao color scheme that fit my roots, ie. MW:DA, I went with a color scheme of House Imarra. Here's my interpretation
