I read your "facts" and they're baseless, pointless and stupid. None of the alleged "points" you made or "facts" you stated do anything to back up your argument. The only logical conclusion is that you failed to understand the terms of your agreement with PGI and you failed to do any research in your investment and decided to blame PGI for the mistakes you made.

Let me take you directly to the bottom of this since you are having trouble here. It. Is. Your. Fault. I'm not sure if I can use any smaller words and there are plenty of visual aides for your tiny brain to consider in the thread already. I can try to find it in a few other languages for you just in case.

I'll put it down for you:

He bought the founders pack merely three days before the last email notifying of the wipe and how it was the last reset was sent out. This very email. He did not get. he claims otherwise in the OP but he says that's for the sake of getting his point across of how PGI's information policy is flawed on purpose to obfuscate information for casuals.

He then didn't play until Nov 2nd, 3 days after open beta start, which he also kind of missed. So ingame he found his stuff wiped and MC reimbursed. Being informed in chat that thois was a beta reset happening after patches sometimes he assumed more of those resets would come.

Now he noticed no resets followed anymore, asked PGI, they told him the OB reset was the final one. He asked for a reset of his MC because he didn't get that email informing about OB being last reset. They said no.

That made him angry, which made him post the OP.

They defiantly told us, when it went open beta no more resets. Even if you did not see it, how could have you not heard about it. Don't you talk to any body? Or use these forums?

Or out of state in and area of Maine without internet, at the funeral of your grandfather who was sick with cancer for 4 years (I got to watch that daily because I lived with him) and getting stuck there for an extra month by hurricane Sandy?

Yeah that wasnt a good enough reason to get a refund from PGI, probably not a good enough reason for this either
