A Cicada. Boy howdy I hope they do something unique for this like give it Jump Jets or Missile hardpoints or something. Cause without ECM the rest of the Cicadas are pretty much steaming piles of Bantha PooDoo.

I think, unless something really interesting and unexpected happens, I am not gonna feel any urge to go Pokemon with this one. Howboutyou?

Well looks like it has at least 3 EH from what I can make out. Not sure whoat those weird looking yellow ports are, streak launchers, lol?

Looks like a Taxi... or perhaps a Civilian Police Cicada, so we can fight crime.

It doesn't cater to my style of play. So no. But ofc, happy to see more content and things for me to shoot.

Now a cicada? PGI is definitely not relying their business plan on selling hero mechs, lol. So bad heroes, commando, awesome and now cicada, lol.

If they made good hero mechs, it would be P2W

Looking close at it, it definitely got energy HP in RA, RT, LT, and LA (you can see part of the same mounting on the LA if you look closely)

so 4 Energy so far, the weird "Headlight things" could be missile points or indicative of advanced senors or electronics so maybe ECM?

Yeah! Make a hero out of one of the most useless mechs in game, woo hoo [I'll take this back if weight restrictions/RnR are in play]. Maybe it'll make the grind to Elite a little less painful in game?

I, for one, still won't be playing a Cicada any time soon.

They release Hero Mechs on the chassis that do not see much light in the game at least it seems that way.

How about they finish the gaping holes in the core game mechanics and take some of that capacity being used on generating sub-par Hero Meks and redirect it to something that might actually give this game some longevity and financial solvency.

Well, I love Cicadas and I've had a lot of success in them.

I will probably be buying it.

It's not Garth's mech, it's mine. It's not hipster enough for him. Besides, the only time I ever saw him in game he was driving an Ilya Muromets and he got knocked out really early.

Well, conversely, they seem to be making YLW look better and better by comparison. I would still list only it, Ilya and Flame as truly viable, reliable Heroes.

The weird headlight mounts in the front can either be headlights, missile ports, or possibly giant speakers that play cheezy Elvis tunes to everyone around you. :)

*shrug* If you say so. Pretty Baby brought nothing to the field of interest from what I saw, beyond a garish paintjob.

I'll be happy to run a Hunch against your Cacaida :)

Strawman argument like woah. Did I ever say that? If I wanted a hero Atlas I'd play my founders.

Since they're only releasing heroes by weight class incrementally, I'd prefer to see a Hunch or a Centy, but that's because they're mediums I enjoy.

That's exactly what I'm questioning. They are releasing heros on mechs that nobody plays. This sounds like if the Starwars guys making an extra batch of jar jar binks figures because he is least popular character in the whole series. Mechs dont have feelings, if someone is unpopular then they should leave it alone, not try to make it more popular with a stupid hero. Makes heroes for the more played mechs, and yes I would very much like an Atlas hero.
