Either a list of user names with a ready up light (match colors to the yellow/orange not-ready/blue ready) or a fraction with number ready/total number (i.e. 3/4 ready)

When grouping its a pain to constantly tell ppl either, everyone is ready please launch or ready up waiting on you. Perhap we could get a Ready status window that show who is ready in a group. perhaps place it down where the mech inventory (Trial/Owned Window) where it could be seen from any window. this would make it easier than clicking social to check if you have time before u need to ready up.
