Hey guys, we are trying to drop 8 mans and now we rarely get matched. Maybe we have a 1/3, 1/4 or worse success rate now. Is their going to be a way you can challenge a group without having to deal with rolling dice?

As I understand it, it is possible to use a third 8-man to drop first and 'clean' the queue, which makes it more likely that the two other groups will be matched against each other.
It's not fail-proof, but it should still yield a higher chance of success.
Assuming that it is your intention to drop against each other in the 8-man queue and not the 4-man and solo queue, I take no issue with it.

^ That. It's what we do quite often for RHoD and it does wonders.
