Add too many sound warnings and you risk cluttering up the game.
Do I really need a warning every 2 seconds warning me that I've been targeted?
I suppose it's time to turn the dialogue slider all the way down?
I would prefer an option to select which dialogue sound bytes you want and those you would rather disable.

I think the warning of being targeted needs to be taken out altogether. It doesn't seem to fit.
