Yup. Exactly. I hope you realize developing a complete game takes several years these days. I was surprised how quickly the devs got a working game up and running so soon and opened it for beta. They still got a year or two to go and it shows. What you are experiencing now is nothing out of the ordinary for a game developer.

The real problem I see here is that some people have no patience and want everything NOW. Not gonna happen, so just calm down and let the company work.
