[Imperius]

This game needs to be pumping out more fixes, maps, mechs, and crap faster. It's been in the stuck state of BETA too long. So, by the rate this game is progressing I'll see you fellow pilots this time next year.

Been on break for over a month now. Just see no progress, yet I can buy a Chinese New Year lantern oh joy. I won't give them another dime until this is a game and not a BETA.

Yup. Exactly. I hope you realize developing a complete game takes several years these days. I was surprised how quickly the devs got a working game up and running so soon and opened it for beta. They still got a year or two to go and it shows. What you are experiencing now is nothing out of the ordinary for a game developer.

it's Alpine, and I think it will be a day map.

Well, PGI isn't a huge team of developers, and yes, this is a beta. Having an open beta like this allows them to do better stress tests, gives more chances to find bugs, and allows them to get a better sense of what content they should prioritize, as well as how they should go about releasing said content.

The real problem I see here is that some people have no patience and want everything NOW. Not gonna happen, so just calm down and let the company work.

I'm really confused. Can you help me understand what you're complaining about? Are you saying that the game is incomplete and content comes out slowly? Because that would seem to suggest that the label of "Beta" is, in fact, accurate.

Or are you upset that it's taking so long to bring out of Beta? Because that really has nothing to do with it being a Beta, and makes your thread title a pretty meaningless non sequitur.

Like I said, I'm just trying to clarify.

in Honesty...I'm not sure you ware playing enough and providing feedback that is useful for the devs to make the game progress better and faster....so leave.....

Many provide freed back and they still manage to keep the game crap. ECM still broke, grats the crappy idea that PPC hits fixed it, um no. How about if they where hit with a PPC they lose it completely.
