Not really sure what to say other than, read topic. Any time I'm near a trebuchet, my framerate drops from 35+ to about 15 for random spikes, going back and forth randomly.

Can you provide us with a video of this?
Does this drop in framerate also occur when fighting against other Mechs? What are your graphics settings and PC specifications?
Let us know, and thank you for sharing this issue.

I'll do my best to catch it on video. It only happens against enemy trebuchets, or when I am in my own trebuchet. If I'm in mine, it is compounded by firing my SRM's. Oddly enough, my 2 SRM6 treb causes my framerate to stall while my 6 SRM6 splatcat does not.
My graphics settings are all maxed other than motion blur, 1920X1080. I generally run scouts and brawlers, so I'm used to straining my videocard and I haven't seen behavior like this before.
PC specs-
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
AMD FX-4100 processor running at 3.9Ghz
16GB ram
Nvidia GTX 480
Any advice on a good video recording program?

In terms of video capture, the free version of FRAPS works all right for me, but staff will probably post with their own thoughts.
