Can someone explain this please? prtscn never works, always comes up black. Any help? Do I need to constantly have a 3rd party program running? I just finished an amazing match and I was really proud of myself... black screen. Literally the 1 time I have ever wanted a screen shot.

Press alt-enter first to switch from full screen mode to windowed mode. After you do that prtscn will work. Alternatively you can use third party software.

Since I now have no proof.. I will just say I used a spider 5v to kill 6 enemies and win the match while preventing a base cap, on Alpine. Man, what a good game though! Yeah I know Im bragging sue me

1) Download Steam
2) Add MWO to your Steam Library, and launch MWO via steam
3) Press F12 (by default) once you're in MWO with the Steam Overlay to take a screenshot.
4) ??????
5) Profit.

Or just run in windowed mode.
But UntamedHawk is correct. PrtScn does not work in full screen mode with MWO - you have to be in windowed mode.

Install a 100mb+ software, and have it in ram while having it do network traffic, just to take a screen...
Why havent I though of that!!
