Though about this at work today so I thought I would submit it to the community to see if it's a good idea.

Destroyed actuators played a major role in the board game and I have an idea how to make them work in this game:

Arm: for a destroyed arm actuator, give weapons in that arm a chance to shoot off target from the cross-heirs. For lower actuator the weapon could shoot further left or right, and upper could be higher or lower. I don't know much about coding, but if there is a formula to jam an ultra ac, I think this is possible.

Leg: reduce top speed by a small percentage. When collisions are reintroduced there could also be a chance to fall based on how fast the mech is going (faster makes that kind of breakage that much harder to remain upright).

I think these minor changes would actually have a huge effect on how the game is played and make aiming for limbs an option against certain mechs that everyone just targets the torso on instead.

Thoughts?

Like the idea, but dont think it will go down well making it easier to basicly leg and mech. And with the arms, mgs will shread most weapons before destroying the actuators, so might not be worth it there.
