Revised Clan Weapns

I had a nice chart that I cannot get to transfer over correctly so I'll explain what I did. I feel Clan weapons are to powerful so I went through and made a new Clan weapon list. I took the 3025 Inner Sphere weapon list and the Star League era weapon list and modified them. For most the ballistic and energy weapons I subtracted 1 from the weight and critical space of each weapon. For missile weapons, machine guns, and flamers I halved the weight and reduced critical space by 1. I retained the minimum range for LRMS. The main differences are energy weapons do slightly less damage, and some ballistic weapons are heavier. It changed most of the Clan mechs very little (Mad Cat Prime) just reduced the damage potential slightly. However some Mechs are no longer possible (Vulture C) because of the increased ballistic weapon weight. Now I just need to set up a game and see how well it works out.
