I realy would like to see a tutorial programm, where there is a little terrain, where you could learn, how to controll a mech (jenner for example). Please tell me what you think about this.

I think a lot of people would like to be able to test mechs and loadouts before buying them. Even if not before purchase, at lest before starting a real match.
Probably not going to fit in the 'minimally viable product' at launch but we can hope it would be added at some point

Could be a good use for C-Bills, pay for X amount of time of training.
I'd like to see abilities or some sort of skill-based maneuvers to help things like landing in stride after jumping, ways to save a falling mech from smashing into the ground and taking damage...

In WOT you can make a training room (repair costs free/no exp gain) where you can test your tanks alone or with other people online. I imagine MWO will have a training room too, especially with all the customization available for the mechs.

In Mechwarrior 3, they had a pre-op training mission, that you had to pass before being given the thumbs up for other missions. Memory is a little foggy as to the terminology but could have been "squire" training.
Something along those lines would be great as part of a test run on mechs prior to purchasing them. Simple obstacle course/firing range etc, so one could get a feel for how the mech handles and whether it works for them. If not feasible at launch then perhaps allow a minimum number of actual rounds of play where I customer could return a mech for full refund and not loose out on some hard earned C-Bills.
