Am I the only one who is just fine with a mouse and keyboard?
I have a friend that gets excited about every single little gimmicky thing that comes out. I wonder if he ever remembers or learns that most of them don't deliver what they promise.

Gimme one that is in glove form so I can use a "no-button" mouse with at least five "simulated" buttons... maybe as high as fifteen or more...
Eventually it'll get there... the gloves from Minority Report are cool... but I'd rather have the display.

There is actually closer that allows for more full control without moving, but it requires you to pretty much retrain your brain to use it and the programs it is compatible with are limited to say the least. It was old hat when I was still a freshman in high school.

Back around 1993 there was a biofeed back interface for computers being sold as a game controller. You would train yourself to guide your skier down the slope or whatever. It was a toy and that's why you don't see them at your local computer store today.
Here you have a more complicated version of the same thing. It's too simplistic and it's attached to your arm, not your head (or some other body part.)
People take the power and versatility of the mouse and keyboard for granted. You'd be better off buying a joystick, throttle, and foot pedals.

Hey, if I could plug my brain directly into the 'net, I would.
This looks really spiffy.
"Necessary" is a stretch, but spiffy for sure.
I would want to play a Kung Fu game using them. That would be awesome. One on each wrist, one on your belt, and one on each leg - KIIIIYAAAA!!! Oh god, I think I just pulled a groin muscle!
