Ok, fine. Usually, TS3 causes MWO to crash, so I just know to restart MWO once I log into TS3, or start the voip first.

Well, tonight, the game hath decided to shat upon my head.

If i have TS3 running AT ALL, MWO hangs on the loading screens. It never gets to the login before the window stops responding and I have to kill it.

Any ideas? I suspect it is the group overlay but I've never really known.

Are you running TS3 as an Admin?

Yep, overlay (at least it fixed it for me). Recent Windows update messed with Direct3D.

It is the overlay (at least for me). TS runs fine but if you turn on the overlay, it crashes MWO (either on launch or turning it on after launching MWO).

Not quite. That just says how to work around. Uninstall KB2670838 and you can run the overlay.
