Greetings, I have been playing MWO for about a month and recently purchased a K2 of my own since I liked using the trial one so much. I would like to know if the efficiencies that I unlocked would also work for the trial version.

2 things.. first, yes.. if you've unlocked efficiencies for a given chasis, your skill applies every time you run that chasis, trial or not.

Second.. not sure what you're asking. If you own a K2 (the only way you can unlock efficiencies), why would you care about trial K2? .. or are you planning on selling yours? Or are you confused and thinking that if you bought a trial K2 that it's always a trial? ....because you can modify -every- mech you own, even if it was a trial or a trial special deal like this "trial by fire" sale.

I purchased my own K2 with a few days worth of cbills but I also use the trial one on occasion, for example if I get killed early in a match and have nothing to do but wait. Also I have modified my K2 just like my modified my other mechs.


Also I have another question. What does the command console do? All it says for the description in mechlab is "Command Console description."

The Command Console currently does nothing. Whatever it will do is not implemented yet.

Ah.. yeah, that makes sense (for the trial K2 usage when yours is locked up).

The command console does nothing at present. At least that's what I've read several times in various posts..
