This is where you press the Zoom button and instead of your entire view zooming, there appears to be a floating window here the contents represent the zoomed in image. This is a lot nicer and cooler than the present system and shouldn't be hard to do, right?

After all, this is the system they used on Mechwarrior 4.

As Yiazmat said. To get this fucntionality you need to use GXP in the pilot lab to unlock the zoom module, then you just buy it in the mechlab within the modules tab.

Except graphics quality it totally suck.

Yea, they need to make the zoom sharp rather than simply a magnified blurry image.
