Note the "ECM capable?: No" bit.
Also, 2 SRM2 launchers (and screen cap of the mech) implies 2 missile tubes per launcher, so your 6s will fire in 3 salvos of 2.

I know that it does not have ECM.
We will have to wait to see how the missile tubes function. The STK-5M is depicted with a NARC launcher single tube, but can fire an SRM 6 from that location in one volley...

Because in that location there is a total of 7 tubes: 6 for an SRM6, 1 for a NARC

Yes and no. The 5M, first released, fired the 6 one missile at a time. They however, stealth-patched in (Well, not really stealth since you've been here since closed beta and you know fully well how wonderfully transparent about their patchnotes PGI is) the modulation of the NARC tube--much the same with the K2's PPC arm barrels being removed with the removal of the PPC. If you use the NARC it gets its own launcher, if you remove it the NARC launcher itself is removed and any second missile weapon is moved to the larger launcher below. If you own a 5M I suggest you try adding the NARC back to the 5M and see for yourself.
As the Hero Cicada lacks bigger launcher like the 5M to toss its large missile mounts to toss its 6's into...

You don't know how the functionality will present itself, so, we can't argue it beyond speculation.
