The last kill was AFK (not disco'd) but he deserved it. Only about 12-20 of the matches were in 3-4 mans... the rest were puggage.

I've pulled my K/D slowly up by .15 in the last couple weeks, almost to 1 myself.

It was wierd... I stalled forever at about 0.85-0.90 while I tried to get elite status in mediums (Cicada 3M, mostly). Once I switched back to my "Frakking" 2X (AC20,3ML,SRM6), I started magically picking up multiple kills per match after getting away from it for a while. There might be something to be said for sticking to one chassis/build until you get REALLY comfortable with it. I put ballistics (the heavier the better) in just about everything I run, so I've gotten pretty OK at hitting just about everything on the run (including 3L's, nom nom nom). Practice, practice, practice, I guess...

Not bad at all, also the CTF-2X is one of my favorites.

Keep going kid, you'll get better with time. I've played in almost 2000 matches myself and that's not including closed beta.

My "go to" in any new chassis is one that has 1 or more ballistic slots in a torso. Arms... meh. Plus, if you can learn to shoot from the relatively "stiff" 'pract torsos, shooting from a Cicada or Trebuchet that rotates so much farther is a joke.

WTF are u so happy? I have 1.09 KDA with pure pug games. There were times when i had 5KDA but then premades started then streak cats and after then light lagshield supremacy and my KDA plumeted to about 0.75 that sucked now slowly i was able to rebuild it to green again. 612 kills and 559 deaths Im happy with it. And this was hard as hell and I did it it in pure PUG matches without support.

Something to bear in mind, too, is that a bunch of people have inflated KDRs right now since they had their poor performance learning stats wiped when we moved to Open Beta. This makes your 1.00+ even more significant than you might think, since you had to overcome your initial learning curve stats.

I climbed this up from a 0.47 when I was playing scouts and only got assists and such.

Cataphracts/Atlai help a lot.

I've pulled from 2.0 to 2.3 in the last 2 weeks after hovering at 2.0 forever and my win/loss is shooting up too, so either ELO is handing out easy kills/matches or something has drastically changed in the way the game plays. reduced lag shield could play a role, but I think it's the Elo. I'm ending almost every game 500+ damage and in the top 3, usually #1 on the team though.
