Tabletop and original TRO version sucked. But the MW3 version looked amazing! Absolutley love it! (it and the Annihilator were my mechs of choice in MW3)

BLaaR,
I think that pilot's sitting place in cocpit needed to move higher. Pilot will not see anything in battle :P

And may be gun barrels make rounded. not gnarly. It more easy to build and look better!

Lemme see what I can do with the cockpit. When I made it I never thought about pilot view.

As for the barrels, I generally do not modify the in game model, but I suppose I could make those barrels more round since this is such a high detail model after all.

I will make the changes and post back again.

Well, the model is being beta built at the moment. The progress can be followed here :

Now I have a lot of work and I must wait for the final version.

Another question. Textures will be?

I'm not good at it, and paint colors is not possible.

What do you think?

I have updated the model with the rounded barrels. Next to follow a reworked cockpit. I had some input asking why I put led's at the back of the cockpit, so I will prob remove that too. Seems like I am building a new cockpit from scratch.

As for textures, currently the model is using 3 TGA's which are 512x512 in resolution. One for the torso, one for the arms and one for the legs / feet.

I am hoping that the high res textures will show up, but I am still waiting for them. So lets hold thumbs.

As for paint colors, you can easily make your own by using the TGA's. I always give them with my models. If you do not know how to add camo's to the TGA I will gladly make a short posting on how to do it. Really easy.

May be I can help you with cocpit?

When I designed pilot cabin to Daishi for prototype was aviation cocpit. The most nearest example I think.

I can find some photos or draw any pictures about that. Or some autoCAD drawings (if you will send model to me).

And we have SuperNova in the field. I will update the post once I uploaded the paper plans:)

Still hoping for the high res textures but at his point of time I think they may never show up. At least this model uses 3 x 512 textures where as all the other MW4 mechs uses only 1 x 512 texture.
