Okay...

We've all been there... You're in the throws of battle and Betty informs you you've been targeted. Question is ... "Who?"

If Betty can inform you that you've been targeted, it kinda only makes sense that she also "shows" you who is targeting you?

Suggestion:

-Friendly bracket = Blue

-Enemy bracket = red

-Mech who has target lock on you = yellow / amber

So many time is would be helpful the know who is targeting you so you can take the correct / necessary evasion and or "hit before being hit"...

Thanks for your consideration :P

The target calling is going to be removed so you dont have to worry about this for much longer.

nah... getting alarmed by betty is bad enough for sneaky light mechs who travel all the way around the map to flank and sneak in....

getting a target marker for the mech whos targeting you is a really bad idea in my opinion. you could also implement a 360° radar with 3000m range....

I'm pretty diligent on keeping up with this stuff... who said this / where?

Let me clarify as It appears I made an assumption on my part...

The "targeted" bracket would not behave any differently than our existing targeting bracket save when drawing the enemy mechs into my LOS, I would be able to distinguish who is targeting me and who is not...

They should keep the betty call out and add a stealth module that allows you to target without notifying the target. No to getting specific info on who is targeting you.

Can't really argue with the logic in that thread.
