I think more varied modules were needed. binding active abilities into modules is a good idea that will allow to make useful modules. consumables (X per match active uses) allow to put in some more interesting ideas although cooldown based modules also good.

As for C-Bill costs, im niether for or against this idea.

As for MC per usage costs: hell no.
