This aint' an argument about P2W or the necessity of coolant. This is exactly what it says it is. Call it curiosity.

What do you think it's gonna cost you to get a coolant module up in here?

Edit: Added a higher cap for the C-Bill variants.

Clearly, the CB ones will be as expensive as possible.

Take a permanent use color, for example. They're 1.2 million each (I think). MC prices range from 500 to 1000mc.

Ok, sure, yea. Those are permanent. And yet, they provide no real benefit other than expressionism. Real buffs are estimated to be significantly higher.

Probably the L1 will be around 100,000 and the L2 will be around 150-200,000. I would say the MC flush will probably be about 100-150MC or so, I'm betting on 125 or so.

You're probably right about the C-Bill variants being expensive. The MC variants on the other hand, have to be cheap enough to that people will actually use them. Remember the hoo-ha when people found out how paint worked? Imagine if that paint only lasted for one match...

They also don't want them to be something used in every single match because it will really give off the feel of P2W. Kind of how WoT had gold rounds and they weren't a large issue because people didn't really use them in normal play. Once the clan wars started giving out gold and the larger clans who hold tons of territories started dispersing the gold they made to clan members, the gold rounds became so increasingly prevalent. Hence why they made gold rounds buyable with credits finally, because it was a stop gag solution/justification.

So I'm betting close to 100-150 MC or so and 100,000-250,000 for the c-bill variants.

Even 1 MC is too much.

I am going to laugh if it costs more to get 1 more kill in-game by using coolant flush than is costs for a bullet for a real gun. That would be $.26USD for my 9mm, $.40 for my .45, or $.75 for my AR. While I'm feeling sarcastic, wouldn't it be great if they could just have an unlimited use coolant module that linked directly to my credit card so everytime I pushed the flush button I am instantly charged?

1,500,000 cbills for the 15%. Base all other prices off of that.

Our marketing department here at PGI will be in touch with you shortly to discuss this idea of yours.

I think they'll be pretty cheap, but it will be hilarious if they cost more than ppl make in a match.

It will be priced so as to make the MC-only version vastly more appealing than the C-Bill one.

I'be interested to see if a module costs more than a couple of litres worth of real coolant. You can get 5 litres here for a little over $10. That's 1.32 gallons for you guys on the other side of the pond.

I'm not sure whether to be more disturbed by PGI's pay to win antics or the fact that you're paying $15 for a box of 5.56 where you are. My wallet screams just thinking about it.

I bought 120 rounds of M855 on stripper clips for $65 last month. God, I love Texas.

If they are going to be reasonable about it (we'll see), all of them will need to be cheap so people can buy in bulk. These are consumables, so they do not need to be anywhere near the same cost as "end game" modules.

lvl1 25k C-bills
lvl2 50k C-bills
lvl3 10MC

2491 is more or less the magic conversion number for MC to C-bills and vice versa if you look at mech costs.

10MC * 2491 = 24,910 c-bills ...lvl3 would be "cheaper" than the other two levels and that might help make it appealing for non paying players. Costs could even be lower, but that is the general idea.

Best F2P trap idea ever.... I could even see the credit card fraud prevention call on that one... " Sir, we see that you have 546 fifty cent charges on your card, did you make these purchases?"

I was thinking the same thing because I've never spent that much for ammo.

Ammo and gun shortage here in Tennessee. The m855's I got for $.75 last month beat the hell out of the PMC target ammo they are selling for $1 each around here. AR's have doubled in price ever since the talk of a ban.
