This is for people who've ever launched into a match after a reconfiguration and had no ammo, or ammo of the wrong type or just want to easily compare loadouts at a glance.

I can't see another post relating to it and nothing so far suggests that the new mechbay will have any way of determining the amount of ammo carried by a mech, save going into each mech and manually adding up your tons of ammo and multiplying it by the shots/ton.

I agree with the overall idea since it's clearly non-obvious at the moment.

IMO, there should be a way to hint at what ammo you have on the mech altogether.

Sounds good, maybe have a little warning that pops up when you are clicking the launch button saying that one of your guns has no ammo or you are carrying ammo that you are not using
