I don't particularly like the proposed implementation of consumables.
That being said, it will come down to pricing structure as to how widely utilized they become. I see the cbill variants becoming more like the repair-rearm costs we saw previously. If they set them around the 25,000 - 30,000 cbill mark, I see them becoming quite common.
The MC versions on the other hand need to be priced at 500 MC or greater. The reason being is that the high price is going to discourage wide adoption. Furthermore, it's going to be hugely comical when some fool then burns one and still loses.
