AC20 Gold Ammo

AC20 Gold ammo pierces though the armor and damages your internals directly.

But to make it not OP & pay-to-win we have a fair system for you:


C-Bills versions:

Tier 1: Have a 2% chance that your AC20 pierces through armor!

Well, yes thats a rater low chance, but here it comes! You can combine it!

Tier 2: Have a 4% chance that your AC20 prierces though armor!

and:

Tier 3: Have a 5% chance that your AC20 prierces though armor!

and finaly:

Tier 4: Have a 6% chance that your AC20 prierces though armor!


But you can combine all the modules, so that you get the same chance as MC tier!!!

MC-Version:

MC-Tier: Have a 100% chance that your AC20 prierces though armor!


Summary: You only need 4 module slots, which you can activate 4 times in a match!!! For the small cost of having no module slots left!

While the REALMONEYAMMO-User only needs 1 slot to get 100%.

Sounds fair! ^_^

Better MC consumalbes are immoral and you are a bad person if you use them.

Can it be just instakill ammo, or ammo that knocks a mech down every time it hits? Yeah, heck yeah STUN AMMO!!! that's what I want for gold ammo, stun ammo! Every time I shoot something it falls over... allowing my team to wreck it... since we don't have knock downs, I want this!

Armor piercing rounds are less accurate than standard rounds, but would fit the bill. http://www.sarna.net.../Armor-Piercing

They are also available in precision ( presumably faster shells) and tracer (NARC/AC round) variants.

Remember, the instant that the Clans enter the scene, Battletech itself was always pay to win.

I'm still waiting on a module that gives me invulnerability for 25 seconds so I can finally take on 3L's in a fair fight. Temporary speed boosts would also be nice..

.. With P2W modules the possiblities are endless really.

In this way the game can be 'balanced' without any real effort or thought-process at all.

I agree that the tier 3 mc only modules are a bad and P2W but making sarcastic posts about it isn't the solution

Seriously, the system could still be good, if devs would make that MC paid tier 3 consumables will be dual-slot. Problem solved, who goes free can stack tier 1 and 2 for the same number of slots and have the same effect of the MC version that requires the same number of slots.

Premium Medium Lasers, that only take half a hardpoint.
Its not P2W guys! Its only as strong as a normal Medium Laser.

Works for me. But I'd rather have gold Clan equipment that is better than anything C-bills can buy. Pay with real money and you should get a real advantage.

ask yourself if you really want to support a company that can make these decisions. even if they correct it now. they will continue to try to slip us the P2W.
