Reading around the dev responses it looks like the tier 3 consumables are around 25 mc. From the descriptions they seem to be pretty balanced.

Examples: Coolant flush. C-bill ones stack, but take up 2 slots, and you get 2 uses. MC version, you get one use at the same % as if you used 2 c-bill ones.

Arty. Strike: c-bill versions take longer to target but do greater damage. MC versions have shorter target time but do less damage. In both cases there is a timer that keeps a team from dropping 8 strikes at once, this applies to all tiers of strikes.

Looks pretty balanced to me.

As far as I know, P2W items are things players pay real money for that gives them some kind of instant-win or guaranteed win item. So I fail to see how having three 25 MC coolant flushes on a 6 PPC Stalker translates into P2W. I drive lights and mediums and the occasional atlas. I don't have a problem with the min/maxed Stalker, or the SRMcats, or gausscats, or ac20cats, or any other cheese build -- all of which are "free" under MWO's F2P policy.
