Hiya guys. Something else just occurred to me that might not necessarily have already been taken care of. Many mainstream online games these days provide a borderless windowed mode. This feature is often referred to as Windowed Mode (Full Screen).

This is an important feature for those of us with multiple monitors who might be using other software while playing (such as Steam chat or xfire).

This is not however a benefit to only those of us with multiple monitors, as a borderless windowed mode allows essentially instant transitions from one window to another, where true fullscreen mode usually results in a black screen for at least a few seconds while the computer catches up.

Great job on everything so far guys, it looks fantastic!

I second this, I don't have two monitors but as mentioned above it makes tabbing out to answer a message or switch ventrilo channels instant.

I agree with this entirely, I stream a lot on Own3d.tv and will definitely be streaming MWO once it's release/in open-beta Being able to run it borderless is a major plus, that's one of the great things about Tribes: Ascend at the moment

A very good suggestion.

As much I'd like this, but... Does CryEngine support it or even perform well in that mode?

I would love for this to be in. If I want to record an epic battle or a tragic one for future reference and analyzing, I need to be able to tab out and make sure everything is running correctly.

I support the addition of a borderless windowed mode. More games need this.

I support this, not enough games come with native borderless windowed mode.

I support this as well. Until proper multi-monitor support is here, this would be preferrable to normal windowed mode so we can see the whole screen.

Way to necro.

Bottom-left corner: Menu->Options.

Under "Video Settings" choose "Full Window".

Click Save.

This doesn't work - it makes the full window across all 3 screens and stretches it immensely. I'm running nVidia Surround at 5760x1080.

I guess the better way to phrase my suggestion is, "Please make 'Full Window' show properly in the center monitor of a 3 monitor display."
