This issue (bug #12703) still persists with the CN9-A in the current patch.
No other of my 'mechs experience this issue, but the CN9-A has it every match.

I've been having this problem consistently. No amount of deleting the shaders folder will help. Slightly depressing since I've just found a new love in the CN9-A.

maybe reinstall of mwo helps, i have also few texture bugs. only the completly mwo reinstall fixed the bugs. not 100% sure it fix your probs but maybe you have luck.
