I've seen a few threads but not of them had anything that actually works.

maybe it has to do w/ write permissions...sorry dont have this problem

The only keybind that resets for me is the left mouse button, and that resets only if I login to a different account.

Are you constantly changing accounts? Also did you activate the remeber login name button? That may be your problem.

I activated the remember login name button. I'll try inactivating it.

go to the location you installed MWO.

Delete the USER folder. It will be re-created next time you login. This will clear all user-selected options (including screen resolution, graphics settings, and all keybinds) back to their factory default setting.

Reapply desired keybinds.

This should solve the issue if the program was having difficulty read/writing to the xml file containing the keybinds and settings.
