Just wanted to say thank you PGI for listening and not caving to IGP's pressures.

Picked up another $15 of MC tonight to celebrate. Shortest MC strike ever.

And to think people actually doubted PGI and have straight up quit the game.

Good riddance. I am still not spending MC on anything other than a top hat and monocle specifically for the outside of my mech. and fuzzy dice...

Gotta love how well PGI has responded to honest feedback so far. Even when they haven't bowed to pressure, they've still gone to lots of effort to make their intentions clear and to explain their reasoning. From the 3rd-person debacle to LRMageddon and now with Consumables, they are consistently communicative and willing to evaluate their decisions.

I'm still sitting on way too much MC to buy more for myself right now, but my dad is gonna be getting some soonish.

i applaud how trusting you are

personally after seeing that **** storm i believe they will slip us the P2W every chance they get. And at seeing how bad they are at predicting a response to a horrible idea. I have lost faith in PGI's ability to even develop a worthwhile game. How many brain cells would it have taken to predict the community outrage to the old consumable design.

It explains why ECM has still not been balanced. and i am relieved to say i will no longer be worrying about whether this game will or will not become great. because at this time i am sure it will come out crap.

Seriously, your geeky hero worship of PGI is not only distasteful, but dumb. The game would be better off if they all came back (they will) and you were gone (if only). Get over yourself.

I bought MC shortly after reading the design change too.

There's a lesson in here. Offer to make us better at the game for money, we refuse to pay. Refuse to make us better at the game for money, we throw it at you. I hope the community remains as steadfastly opposed to P2W schemes in the future.
