First off I wanted to use the first part of my first thread by telling PGI what a great job they have done up until now on MWO.
As someone who has been with you since closed beta i can only say that MWO it a fun game that just keeps getting better from patch to patch with all the fixes and additional content you folks at PGI have delivered.

Now onto what made this "silent" member of the community write here.
Please, reconsider paid consumables, at least paid consumables that give an advantage, in stead make all consumables available on C-Bills and cost 50% more in C-Bills from MCs. I dont know the maths but lets say you pay X MCs for said consumable, the C-Bills version should be the converted sum in C-bills +50% of the cost. Also, if needs be, put every weapon/module/upgrade/engine MC buy-able, its in no way p2w and saves, people like me who have money to spend and don't want to grind, time.
A one time, MC only upgrade to a mech in the mechlab that gives said mech a 30% C-Bills bonus and lastly a pilot skill clearance for a certain variant (MC only of course) for the again, lazy people like myself who don't want to gind 3 variants to get to a certain skill status with a mech that should work as follows: you buy a mech variant, clear basic (clearing basic ONCE with said mech type is a must) and think that its worth going elite with it so you buy 2 other variants and note that one of the variants you've bought isn't exactly your cup of tea so you buy a clearance for that variant that "clears" the basic skill tree allowing to skip directly to Elite without forcing you to play with said dreaded variant.

Also for the Clan invasion you could make another founder's program or kickstarter, that would be awesome.

And that's it, do note that the paid exclusive consumables have made a guy like me, who never partakes on public forum discussions, take time to write this.
Please make the good folk at IGP understand that this game has unlimited potential and can't in no way be wasted in such a fashion.
Otherwise keep up the great work PGI.

PS: Now I'm not saying I'm any better than John Doe that wrote those hundreds of "ECM is op" threads, I'm only saying that a person such as myself that is extremely reserved does not want this great game to have ANYTHING that is paid and superior to what the not paid is. My friends choose this game over WoT because there is no p2w as of now and I hope there won't be any of it in the near future, no matter how small it is paying to have an advantage is p2w.
