I purchased a CPLT C4 and had intentions to upgrade my current heat sinks to the double. As I select said option, gives the "OK" window to verify my selection of upgrade. I click on 'save configuration' but new double heat sinks did not apply. I have enough CBills to cover the expense but the funds did not get taken out...nothing happens. I try again to purchase dbl sinks but the option to 'save configuration' is blacked out. When I try to purchase upgrades of any kind, be it armor, structure, etc., I am unable to save purchase. Rather frustrating when CPLT C4 has heat issues and not being able to upgrade.
Is there others having same issues as mine or is it something that I am unable to work around?

It took me a while to figure out that I had to DRAG the upgrade from the right panel to the left one (it highlights green). Your mention of the OK window makes me think you got past that. But this was double heat sinks (and later endo-steel) on a C4. Post patch. Good luck.

Oh how I hate it when you guys find bugs, cause now I gotta go home and test mine .

Now gotta check this one for myself. Although I bought my C4 months ago and upgraded the HS, probably wasn't paying attention or it worked.

Now how to test without dropping 2.2 Mil in CBills ?

Attempted to 'drag n drop', couple attempts later it accepted..went through the 'configuration has changed'....'save configuration'...agreed with both thinking that YEAH, now it'll work........DENIED...CBills not transferred and dbl heats not applied. Now the 'save mech' button is blacked out again. Bummed but know that the dev's have UNLIMITED funds to test and test again hahahha
Thanks for taking a look to see if it is my own ignorance or if there is a bug.

Wow, had to exit out of 'loadout' mode and click it again, checked to see if I missed a step and BAM I have dbl heat sinks and funds removed for upgrade.

Thanks Marco for the workaround and Blu for checking for a bug in case there is one.
