Mostly will play on weekend evenings, Canada Atlantic time. Listed in order, personal preference would be forming up with Stewart Dragroons (2nd or home) or Regulan Hussars (9th, 5th or 2nd). Favourite mech and loadout TBD through gameplay.
Was former long serving member with 353 Sqn and then CO of 62nd Sqn 56th Ftr Group in IL-2 Sturmovik (online WW2 air combat) and sadly old enough in real life to be a father to most of you.

All FWL, non canon unit, we're called the Silent Foxes.
Hope you join, we're one man short of a lance at the moment. lol
I've seen a couple silent fox recruiting posts but I see nothing about your membership.
Is there a primary time zone? This is very important for any long-term group; we need to be able to be online at the same time.
Organizational style? One extreme is self-organizing aka group serves as a mech pool to organize lances from? The other extreme would be rigid military structure aka in-group ranks assign authority to impose lance grouping. Most will be somewhere in the middle, but good to clarify.
Current membership and/or any notable relevant organizational experience of group admins/founders.
I might start another thread for groups with explicit Qs along this line.
