I want to make sure I understand it


For all 3 systems (flush, airstrike, arty strike), the upgraded C-Bill version is equal to the MC version


so I can either:

Pay 15k GXP + buy with C-Bills
Pay 15 MC



Sure I will probably buy the 15k gxp by converting XP, but I COULD just wait and buy the upgrade with GXP accrued over time.



So yes, Im ok with this. If I understand it correctly. Which Im not sure I do.
