Just stick with it.. stay with the pack (biggest reason teams lose.. too many scatter to the wind right off the bat).. focus fire.. keep firing when you can, don't pass up shots you could take (unless you're trying to stay hidden for some reason, or you have a heat issue at that moment). The goal is to inflice damage.. not hide behind things (not saying you do that, but I see a lot of people doing that and it drives me nuts). But the biggest point is, stay near the pack.. you need them to help you and you need to help them.

My K/D ratio was down to 0.51 at one point (2 deaths for every kill I managed) and my W/L was 1:3 (over the first 500 matches). Now my W/L is 1,074 / 1,365 and my K/D is 1.12 (high of 1.16 until I started grinding spiders
).

There are a lot of PPC/Gauss snipers these days, and on some maps you can basically start shooting at your opponents while they are still at their own base, as heatvision lets you see too far in my opinion. I think the coming changes to heatvision will fix this by not letting you see as far, which is certainly needed to not make every small map turn into a sniping battle the minute the match starts.
