I'm convinced that the April Hero Mech will be....

Raven 5m. A Raven that can use Xl 300 engine, ECM and has five, yes 5, missile hard points! Oh and is 1/4 the size of a 3l.

Seriously though I am thinking the odds are 3:2 that the next will be a light Mech and then probably a Raven, smaller chance of a Spider. Otherwise it will be a Stalker, although maybe an Atlas given there are only three variants so far, while five Stalkers.

Hero Catapult. Gotta be.

6 Missile hardpoints, 2 Laser hardpoints.
Missile hardpoints in side torsos, laser hardpoints in arms.

(in all seriousness, it's probably going to be a light or an assault.)

Cat is a founder's mech, I think at one point they said Founder's mech would be last ones getting a hero.

I'm going to root for Stalker.

As long as they fix those hitboxes for the Hero Raven, everyone knows they are way too big on the R3L because sometimes you can actually hit it.

Well that's quite the commundrum really.

Next hero mech is suppossed to be a heavy right?

So lets look
Dragon - Fang and Flame
Catapult - Founders
Jagermech - New
Cataphract - Ilya Muromets

So the choices are either to release a Jager Hero or a catapult potentially stepping on a few founders toes by "obsoleting" their founder mech so soon after open beta.

Quite the predicament.

My guess is they will go with the jager, it as the benefit of being both new and a bag full of awesome.

Raven hero would be kinda cool. 3-4x SRM-6 racks without ECM would make for a nifty little thing. I secretly hope for an atlas hero capable of mounting dual AC/20s, tho.

There's no way no how that you will get a hero Raven, especially one with ECMs and that many missile hardpoints. There's also no guarantee they will stick with the same hero mech order. My best bet would be either a Stalker or Trebuchet hero, however I wouldn't rule out the Spider even though I doubt they would sell nearly as many. The most successful possibility is the Stalker as they are already more popular than the Awesome and we go the Pretty Baby.

Previous hero mechs have inclined towards being the least popular mechs of a weight class.

I think this pretty much guarantees that the next hero light won't be a Raven. My money is on Spider, given that Commando's already have a hero and Jenners have the founder's variant.

The Founder's Jenner Isn't a varient, just a paint scheme.

I have all the Hero 'Mechs released so far, I'd hate to spend real money on a Hero Spider... but...

Gotta catch em' all :|
