..to hit any Cicada. If you point your weapons straight up in the air you may not hit one. Otherwise, you will hit a Cicada...even your friends. The solution of course, the new desert map, this one will be so big, there will actually be a place where you can fire your weapons and NOT hit a Cicada. Hopefully the fact that there will be some place you cannot hit a Cicada will not adversley effect the fact that there is nowhere you can hit a raven 3L.

I personally love seeing all the new x5's, they blow up nicely.

When they fix ravens you'll have the last laugh though.

There's nothing wrong with the Raven. I keep saying it, and people keep not believing it. The problem is NOT the chassis, it's the equipment. ECM is too strong (not game breakingly good, but still stronger than it should be), and streaks are still a tad too good (I should not be able to hit people behind me with them).

Hitboxes. This isn't even a debate. They are borked out on the Raven. The other two things are also factors but the hitboxes are not properly set up. It wasn't an issue before ECM because only about ten people in the playerbase drove anything but Jenners back in the day.

My 2LL + 2ML Raven 2X approves of this post.

sounds like the people who say you should ignore lights lol

Actually, people pay quite a lot of attention to this build because it can seriously rip people apart if they leave me do my business of hillhumping (pop up, shoot lazors, go back down without getting a scratch). While they're paying attention to me, my 7 teammates in heavies and assaults smash their faces in. :P

It can also seriously rip apart lights and Cicadas if you can keep the beam over their CT. The only real downsides are that it doesn't have ECM and it has some heat issues.

Don't ignore the little shoop-da-whoop Raven. ;)

I remember the days when the Jenner was king. Nowadays if I see one I end up dying because I'm too busy taking Screenshots to prove I haven't gone insane

My only issue with the ECM is that it is an all or nothing. You either cannot do anything or you can.

I think I agree with you. 3L facing away at 45-90 angle and pounding away with those streaks. And @ 129kph it is a bit much. I think the ECM should weigh 5-10t and cure a lot of that. More slots maybe too but just the wt would do a lot. D-DC could absorb the wt easy. Like to see the stats on 3L's in game. No real surprises I bet.
