Haha! I dig the recruitment poster, a lot haha! The creator did a great job with the poses and backdrop. I'm imagining Micael5 and Victoria5 as the base? The gal on the right, if intended, looks a lot to me like you managed to create a great likeness of Milla Jovovich. Anyhow, I just wanted to give mad props!

Addendum: Make that the face of Milla because it's obvious she looks nicer in a 3D suite with that apple derriere out there, not to mention the tig ol' bitties!
