Has gotten to where i can only get 1 match in per log in because the game keeps crashing every time i press launch after i get out of another game ..

What are your FULL System Specs?

Also can you upload your "Crashdump.dmp" file, to an upload site, that's located in the "C:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER" Folder, then reply below with the link, and I'll help you track down the cause of your game not launching.

Hey everyone, I hope this is helpful. I believe was experiencing the same problem your describing so I'll tell you how I fixed this. I started by updating my Nvidia drivers. I'm not sure if this fixed the problem because I tried this next step immediately after the driver update.

I found a post months ago on this forum describing how to tweak your "Nvidia Control Panel" settings in the windows control panel that where to improve your mechwarrior game performance. If you where one of the players out there who cofigured this tweak you may want to look into disabling it. These settings are tweaked under the sub-tree "Manage 3D settings". I then selected the MWO executable in the program listed and deleted the settings that where once used to improve game performance in the past and no longer needed. Once this setting was removed my game was running perfectly.

Hope this helps.

I've found that if you go to C:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\Shaders\Cache (may be different if you have the game installed in a different place) and delete the contents it will fix a lot of crashing problems. It's only a temporary fix and you may have to do it again from time to time.

I will admit this is a bit of computer voodoo. I have no idea what it does or why it works; I just read about it on the forums. Now I perform the "ritual of shader cleansing" every month or so.

Do you happen to have teamspeak on with an overlay plugin? That'll cause instant crashes at start up.
