That's the short answer to your question. We really need to know what kind of role you intend to play in order to give a more specific answer. Knowing why you came to the conclusion of energy weapons over a more balanced build would also help to find a good fit for you.
It's ok if you don't know yet what you like, that's part of learning the game.

here is the easy answer :
http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/
Longer Answer:
Lights: Jenner F
Medium: Hunchback 4p
Heavy: Dragon 1C or Catapult K2
Assault: Awesome 9M/Atlas RS
Beware that lasers or ppc run very hot. But at least they don't need any ammunation.
Have fun and good luck

I've messed around quite a bit with LL boats in the past. Awesome 8Q can fit 6 LLs on it, and it works decently. Can't really alpha too much though, but you can alpha twice then you need to cut down and go for chain fire (or even better, hide and cool down).
CTF-1X can also boat LLs decently, I used a setup with 2 ERLLs for sniping and 3 LLs for medium/close range continous fire.
Stalkers are also decent LL boats.
Some examples at least.

so well i don't really care alot about mobility for a laser mech because i have a comando with machine guns that's the one i use for fast fighting.
well one thing i would need to know wich one would work the best to give one damn hard alpha strike with the lasers
or one that has some hard hitting lasers and maybe a ppc or 2

edit: experiment in smurfys. the weapon lab gives you a lot information about heat, alpha, dps etc

If you want to maximize an alpha strike, look at a Stalker 3F. you can mount up to 6 PPCs or 6 large lasers (I don't recommend that many, but that's your maximum)

Then you're looking for a stalker or an awesome 8Q. Stalkers are better armored, but have less mobility.

For assault I'd recommend the stalker 5M with 5 Large lasers, will be able to fit more double heatsinks than all other mechs with that loadout.

I personally enjoy the Cicada 3M with 4 MPL's as well. Great for going up to shut down mechs to blow up the cockpit or tear apart a torso that's already opened up. It's kill stealing to some, but it's great fun to be able to walk up and take down a guy in his face.

will try out some of those set ups but I've got 2 more questions:
what is the difference betwen er ppc and normal ppc or laser
and can I somehow increase the range of lasers ?

in fact, this build is very good if you like to stalk your prey:
Meet the Blue Light Special,
http://mwo.smurfy-ne...92545f45da4636e
left arm lasers on a weapon group, staggered. Right arm lasers on a weapon group, staggered. fire them together to get groups of 2 or individually depending on heat. this will also let you partially expose and fire only one arms worth of lasers+ whatever exposed torso laser
torso lasers on primary weapon group, unstaggered by default. group selector should be left on primary group in the event heat becomes an issue and you need to enable stagger.
feel free to swap the er for standard, but I prefer having a little long range bite just in case, and outside of alpha, never fire more than two at once as fast as your heat level will allow even if this means they overlap in firing time, clicking twice fast on the staggered 2 laser groupings is more or less the same effect as firing the whole grouping at once
do not brawl as long as you have a choice because while it has some bite for direct engagements, with the limited torso twist it takes an experienced player to keep flankers in the crosshair and even then it's touch and go. this build is for support and finds its strength at supporting brawlers, melting side torsos in prolonged fights, and killing mechs outside their own effective weapons range. two ams and four tons of ammo means you usually have enough for even the worst of situations.
although with the netcode changes, i suppose this mech will be even more brutal. 54 damage alpha followed by cycling 2 salvos eats the sides off of atlases very quickly and obliterates lights mediums and some heavies.

The advantage the Flame has over the DRG-1C or the K2 catapult is that since the lasers are all arm mounted, you have an incredible range of motion with your beams, plus it makes pinpointing the lasers into someone's head a lot easier.
