All these things are available in 3050 - so why not add them for fun, mayhem and profit.

FLE-19
-Light Machine Gun [Even LESS damage than the useless ones]
-Machine Gun Array [Right, more critseeking since they nerfed the **** that we had]
-Rocket Launcher 10 [NEW oneshot weapon for your SplatCat]

FLE-20
-ER Medium Laser [NEW weapon for your laserboat]
-Light PPC [NEW for your Hexagon PPC Stalker]
-Stealth Armor [Yes, lets make lights harder to find, hit and kill]
-Guardian ECM [Ok, we really dont need more of those but what the heck]

Arrow IV Homing Missiles
http://www.sarna.net..._Homing_Missile
TAG targeted seeking missile that ignores ECM - as long as that TAG is working...

Autocannon Munitions
http://www.sarna.net...ecial_Munitions
Yes, now we can give our MG's tracer ammunition and use them as flashlights - finally they can do some good in the game...

Illumination Arrow Missile
http://www.sarna.net...n_Arrow_Missile
Do you hate the low-light vision and cannot stand the "Smurf batltes online" thermovision.
Arm yourself with a SRM2 with added expensive ARROW IV modification and literally light up the sky.

Inferno Missiles
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Inferno
Since the flamer is useless why not go INFERNO SPLATCAT and blast away with 36 inferno missiles instead. Guaranteed to kindle a flame in your opponents heart.

Fluid Gun
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Fluid_Gun
Why go with Coolant Flush when you can be THE wanted support unit in your group.
For the Urbanmech Pacification unit we have a simple riot-foam or water cannon. For wartime situations we get COOLANT FLUSH AMMUNITION to soak down the team.

Now we just need a mech with a crotch mounted gun...
I cannot wait for those Atlas wet T-shirt contests...

Don't know your sources, but these are definitely NOT available in 3050.
They are variants of the Jihad-era (3070+).
Nice try...

And the ERML will roll out in 3057, the IS version at least.

probably cuz they are shown in the 3050 upgrade tro.

Mind you, that is showing all the versions of those older mechs that have come along since 3050. But under, most of that tech is post 3063, and quite a bit, post 3067.

Meh, I want the Fluid Gun - water cannons cannot be post-3050 tech.

Indeed, they aren't - Tactical Operations (pg. 313) lists Fluid Guns as "pre-spaceflight" in terms of availability.
However, "Now similar in overall design and range to a vehicular flamer, the fluid gun is a flexible industrial tool (and short-range weapon in some Solaran arenas) that can hose a target down with varying types of liquid “ammunition.” However, it remains a highly uncommon sight on the battlefield".
If anything, the best chance for a Fluid Gun is a Solaris VII expansion, yes?

Additionally, there are several different fluids available to Fluid Guns (TacOps, pg. 360):
Coolant ("a cryogenic, fast-cooling chemical mix less useful for firefighting than for rapidly reducing the surface temperature of superheated metals")
Corrosive Fluid ("used to gradually dissolve hard debris, but can endanger military armor")
Flame-Retardant Foam ("a foaming liquid that effectively smothers and saturates a target area at the same time")
Inferno Fuel ("the same adhesive-gel formula as found in Inferno SRMs")
Oil Slick Ammo ("consists of industrial-grade lubricants primarily intended for servicing extremely heavy machinery, but includes a flammable content that has led to its use as an incendiary aid as well")
Paint/Obscurant ("any opaque chemical adhesives that not only can be used to provide color, but also come laced with ferrous and magnetic additives designed to discourage and confuse sensors and other electronic signals.")
Water ("often used for power-washing purposes, firefighting or even riot control")

And for fun:

-Fast acting superglue gel: to make your enemies stick around.
-Napalm Gel: To assist your friendly flamer
-Signal blocking paint: Make your enemies LITERALLY blind
