Lets face it most of the hero mechs aren't that great and we all have our favourite mechs that we like to use so let's turn them into hero mechs with the 30% cbill boost.
You pay a set amount of mc over the normal mc price of the mech say 2000 and for that you get the cbill boost and are able to name the mech so it appears in game, they could even release hero only camo skins to make it that little bit unique.
I would much rather pay for a hero mech this way as I know that I enjoy playing the mech and it makes it a bit special because its my creation.
I think this would be a win win thing,we get a nice boost on our mechs and they get an influx of money and they don't have to create any more mechs them selves just different skins.
I can't see a downside, thoughts anyone .

Mechwarriors comes in different types, with different preferences of their choice of weapons. One guy, however, was born with an unhealthy obsession with ballistics, specifically rapid fire ballistic. That obsession is obvious in his mech, the Behemoth. Designed with the simple idea of "Is there more room? Yes? Shove an AC/2 in it", the mech is packed with six AC/2s, with just a pair of small lasers as a backup.
