I suggest dropping it to 1.2 DPS, and quadruple the heat it produces.

I'd say it needs to be "dropped" to at least 2 DPS, it's way overpowered if you "drop" it to, say, the same 4 DPS as the AC/2.

Drop it down to .0004 DPS. Its the only way to be sure.

No, the only way to make sure is to take off and nuke the site from orbit. With an MG. It'll take a while, bring a good book or two.
